1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing THE STYLEK Creator Network website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not submit an application or use the Creator Network application services.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

If you apply on behalf of a company, organization, talent manager, or other person, you represent that you have the authority to provide the submitted information and act on their behalf.

3. Applications

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must have the authority to share all profile links, portfolio materials, media kits, audience data, and other submitted information.

Submission of an application does not guarantee:

• Acceptance into THE STYLEK Creator Network.
• Representation or an agency relationship.
• Compensation, commissions, products, sponsorships, or campaign opportunities.
• A minimum number of campaigns or any specific level of earnings.
• Exclusivity, employment, or an ongoing business relationship.

THE STYLEK may accept, decline, suspend, or reconsider an application at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

4. Creator relationships

A formal creator relationship begins only after THE STYLEK and the creator execute a separate written agreement.

Participation in individual campaigns may require additional written terms addressing:

• Campaign deliverables and content requirements.
• Production and publication deadlines.
• Compensation, commissions, products, or other benefits.
• Content review and approval requirements.
• Content ownership, licenses, and usage rights.
• Exclusivity or competitive-brand restrictions.
• Advertising disclosures and platform requirements.
• Cancellation, rescheduling, returns, and payment conditions.

If these website Terms conflict with a signed creator or campaign agreement, the signed agreement controls for that relationship or campaign.

5. Brand collaborations

Creators are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable campaign terms before accepting an opportunity.

Compensation structures may differ by campaign and may include fixed fees, commissions, affiliate compensation, product seeding, revenue sharing, or a combination of these methods.

Applicable compensation terms will be disclosed before a creator accepts a campaign.

6. Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for complying with:

• Applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, intellectual property, and endorsement laws.
• Federal Trade Commission endorsement disclosure requirements.
• Social media and commerce platform policies.
• Signed creator, campaign, affiliate, or sales agreements.
• Requirements concerning truthful claims, product use, sponsorship disclosures, and audience communications.

Creators must not make false, misleading, unsupported, or unauthorized claims regarding THE STYLEK, a participating brand, or any product.

7. Submitted materials

You retain ownership of original materials submitted with your application.

By submitting an application, you grant THE STYLEK permission to review, internally store, and share relevant submitted materials with participating team members, service providers, and prospective brand partners for application evaluation and creator matching.

Any broader content usage rights must be stated in a separate written creator or campaign agreement.

8. Website content and intellectual property

THE STYLEK name, logos, marks, text, graphics, designs, and original website materials may not be copied, modified, distributed, published, or commercially used without written permission.

Third-party company names, product names, logos, social media platforms, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Website availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the website, application process, selection criteria, or Creator Network program.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, secure, complete, or error-free.

10. Disclaimer

The Creator Network website and application services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

THE STYLEK does not guarantee acceptance, campaign availability, product availability, sales results, audience growth, income, commissions, or business outcomes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, THE STYLEK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, an application decision, or an unavailable campaign opportunity.

Obligations arising under a signed creator or campaign agreement remain governed by that agreement.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update the website, selection criteria, program structure, and these Terms as THE STYLEK Creator Network develops.

The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest published version. Material obligations contained in signed agreements remain governed by those agreements.
