THE STYLEK does not sell applicant personal information.

Information available through public social media profiles may be reviewed as part of the application and campaign evaluation process. Your use of each social media platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.

5. Data retention

We retain application and program information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate applications, administer creator relationships, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal and business record requirements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect submitted information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
